Project management
Sometimes you do not need a builder. You need someone whose only job is to protect your position while other people build.

What this involves
What this covers
Acting for the owner or tenant: assembling the consultant team, setting and holding the budget, running the tender, reviewing progress claims, tracking the schedule against the lease dates, and managing change from the owner's side of the table.
When this is the right engagement
When you have a contractor already, when the project is large enough to need someone full-time on it, or when the party building is also the party pricing the changes. An owner's representative is worth most where those interests diverge.
Development management
For owners and investor groups taking a site through approvals and construction, we can carry the same role at the project level — feasibility, consultant coordination, municipal process and construction oversight.
